The 19-year-old actress/musician hit the stage later that night for her concert with The Scene.
“BTW Mexico City, that was the most intense, crazy, chaotic most beautiful show EVER.. Thank you! Te amo,” Selena tweeted.
 

Selena also shared a cute Instagram pic with stepdad Brian giving her a piggy back ride.
“So every time I perform Who Says I always go barefoot (which everyone hates, but it’s fun) so that means Brian has to give me piggy back rides all the way out of the venues :)” she wrote. How cute!

The 19-year-old actress/musician opened up in the vid about the feel for her new collection and the importance of it’s meaning for her fans.


“Ultimately, you should be dressing for you and no one else,” Sel shared. “There are going to be a thousand articles in magazines and on the internet; celebrities and boyfriends and friends telling you what you should wear and what looks great. But at the end of the day, nothing feels more amazing than wearing something you love.”

Selena Gomez: Congo Trip in April!

In between working on a few new movies and writing new tunes, Selena Gomez will be heading to the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Africa.
The 19-year-old musician/actress tells EOnline about her upcoming trip for UNICEF, “We first went to Ghana and then we went to Chile. In April, we’re going to go somewhere a little harder, the Congo…The first trips were to ease me into it.”
Selena has previously helped out the country — in 2009, she attended the Raise Hope for the Congo event in L.A. to help raise awareness about sexual violence against women and girls in the country.
She added about the trip, “I was talking to Joel Madden and he works with UNICEF and he went to the Congo. He said it was the most intense thing he had ever done in his entire life—and the best thing he had ever done.”

The 19-year-old actress/musician had a late night — performing a charity concert for UNICEF at the House of Blues in West Hollywood.


During the concert, a JJJ concert-goer spotted Sel‘s boyfriend Justin Bieber hanging out with soccer star David Beckham and his sons.
Sean Kingston was also spotted at the table.
Ashley Tisdale, Ashley Benson, Samantha Droke and more were also spotted at the concert to see Selena perform with Big Time Rush.

Selena Gomez: UNICEF Charity Concert!

Selena Gomez cuddles with James Maslow‘s new puppy, Fox, on stage at the 2012 Charity Concert To Benefit UNICEF held at House of Blues Sunset Strip on Friday night (January 20) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 19-year-old actress played an acoustic set of songs with her band The Scene and even teamed up with Big Time Rush for a few tracks.
“Thank You to all who came out to the show last night at House of Blues on Sunset. That is one of the shows I look forward to the most and cannot wait for next year’s show. Thank you to @only1noah and @bigtimerush for being a part of the show. I don’t have an exact number but together we all raised over 200,000 dollars to benefit UNICEF. Were helping to save the lives of children all over the world,” Selena wrote after the show.

The 19-year-old actress gave her fans a chance to decide on the final notes and the winners are in: Raspberry (top), Purple Freesia (heart) and Vanilla (base)!

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber hit the Los Cabos, Mexico beaches for a little vacation on Saturday morning (January 7).
The twosome had quite a busy holiday, the vacation is much deserved.
Selena, 19, just announced on her official site that she’ll be hosting the 2nd Annual Charity Concert benefitting UNICEF on Friday, January 20th at the House of Blues in West Hollywood.
The entire concert was sold out within minutes!
“Giving back has always been important to me. This concert allows me to connect with my fans in person which is one of the best parts of my job and to raise money for important causes at the same time I can’t think of anything I would enjoy doing more,” Selena shared.

Selena Gomez & The Scene: Music Break in 2012

Selena Gomez made quite a big confession during a recent interview with E! news.
“We’re going to take a break from music [right now],” the 19-year-old actress/musician admitted. “My band [The Scene] and I are going to chill out for a second.”
Selena added, “I’ll actually be doing two films next year [2012] which I’m excited about. They’re both different and things I’ve never played before. It will be fun for me.”
